V & L Research Principals, Dydra H. Virgil and Delphyne L. Lomax leads a talented professional staff, many with over ten (10) years experience in the market research industry. In addition to the principals, the staff consists of the following roles: bilingual moderators, project managers/research associates, staff supervisors, statisticians, technical writers, interviewing supervisors, editors/coding specialists, bilingual interviewers, transcriptionists, administrative assistants, administrative clerks, and accountant/comptroller.
V & L is proud of its quantitative interviewing staff. Our telephone interviewers have conducted interviews with thousands of corporate executives, physicians, nurses, patients and consumers on a variety of topics. This experienced office staff is also an outstanding asset as several telephone interviewers have more than ten years of experience.
Our telephone interviewers have the right combination of persistence, politeness and pleasantness which result in a very low refusal rate. All interviewers are professionally trained. Moreover, the interviewers assigned to studies are briefed thoroughly concerning the objectives and methodology before interviewing is initiated.
Each member of our executive interviewing staff has at least three years experience interviewing senior level executives and/or physicians. They are skilled in developing the personal relationships with office staff necessary to get through to complete the interview.
Our recruiting staff screens and recruits hundreds of participants each year for focus groups, one-on-one interviews, consumer panels and ethnographies. Using the V & L Research recruiting procedure, our recruiters have some of the highest show-rates in the area. V & L Research recruiters are known for their ability to recruit difficult/low-show rate markets and Spanish speaking populations.
FACILITY/TECHNOLOGY
V & L offers a telephone interviewing lab for all quantitative studies and recruiting. This adds another dimension of quality control, interviewing efficiencies and cost savings. Our firm has the technology to provide clients with tabular results of interviews within twenty-four hours. Therefore, clients have quick access to valuable information. V & L has a focus facility available with one-way glass for client observation. Our large focus rooms seat 10 to 15 clients and 8 to 14 respondents. One-on-one interviewing rooms are also available. |
