Delphyne L. Lomax, Principal

Ms. Lomax has been in the market research industry for over twenty-five years.  While attending Mount Union College in 1979, Delphyne started her market research career at Rubbermaid Incorporated through a co-operative work program. After one quarter of this program, she became a full-time Consumer Research Coordinator.  At Rubbermaid, Ms. Lomax was responsible for segmentation studies, market analysis; new product development, color analysis, and the coordination of all market research projects. She developed the department's market research library. After moving to Atlanta in 1985, she became experienced on the supplier side of the research industry. With Peachtree Surveys and Atlanta Marketing Research Center, Ms. Lomax coordinated research for a variety of industries including, but not limited to, automotive, consumer goods, package goods and healthcare.

Delphyne obtained her undergraduate degree from Mount Union College in Alliance, Ohio. She majored in Business Administration and had three minors; Marketing, Finance, and Management. She also studied the Fundamentals of Market Research at the Burke Institute in Cincinnati, Ohio.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

 

Experienced in all phases of qualitative research including development of moderator's guides, moderation, analysis, report writing and presentation.

 

Facilitate and conduct studies nationwide for new product feasibility and development, product positioning and placement, market segmentation, and customer satisfaction.

 

Direct all types of quantitative research, including telephone studies, mall intercepts and central location testing.
